Shipping and returns

POSTAGE

We endeavour to have your order packed and posted in 1-3 business days. If you are within Australia please allow up to 10-12 business days for your order to arrive. For any international orders please allow up to 25 business days for your order to arrive.


STANDARD TRACKED POST: this option will issue you with a tracking number once your items have been posted. Your items will be sent with Australia Post.

EXPRESS POST: by selecting this option once your items have been posted you should receive them within 1-2 business days. (This is providing Australia Post has no delays within their system). Selecting this option does not mean that your items will be expressed through our packaging process.



INTERNATIONAL POST: when you select this option your items will be posted via standard air mail (through Australia Post) without a tracking number. If you would like tracking please select the INTERNATIONAL POST WITH TRACKING option. 

Unfortunately for International Post we do not have any access to other third party shipping companies such as Fedex etc due to our location being semi-rural.


Please note that should you choose not to upgrade International Shipping with a tracking number you are doing so at your own risk and we will not issue any refunds or reimbursement should your order be misplaced/not arrive.



PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us. All information collected is only used for the purpose of processing your order.

We will never give out or sell any of your information to a third party, or record any transaction details.



EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

We do not accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind. We will gladly replace items if they are defected or damaged or are significantly different from our item description. If you do require an exchange for incorrect sizing you are responsible for the postage costs to return the item to us. All items must be returned within ten days of receiving them and any returned items must be received in original condition- unworn & unwashed.

We strongly suggest that you inspect all of your items upon their arrival; should there be any defects or damages to your goods you must contact us within 10 days.

Should your size ordered not fit correctly please contact us to arrange an exchange of size or return your items for a store credit.

There is no exchange or refund on any SALE items.



FAULTY ITEMS

If an item is faulty, wrongly described or vastly different from the sample shown on our website we will can either issue a full refund or replace the item for the same or different product.
